Risk! Nurseries and Preschools Closed All Over the City

In Florida and across the nation, advocates also worry that many childcare centers will never reopen.

A national survey done by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, states that 30% of child-care centers cannot survive a closure of more than two weeks.

“The reality is that childcare is an essential service to keep this economy moving,” said Karen Willis, CEO of the OC Early Learning Coalition.
